1 About Entry

1-1 What are the eligibility requitrements?

Shirahatayama Open Stadium : 50km/25km/10km

Eligibility requirements are as follows.
※Participation by junior high school students and younger requires parental consent.

Daiwa House Premist Dome : 10km/5km/3km

Eligibility requirements are as follows.

High school students or 16 years of age and older, elementary/ junior high school students
【5km】
High school students or 16 years of age and older, elementary/ junior high school students, preschool children
【3km】
High school students or 16 years of age and older, elementary/ junior high school students, preschool children

1-2 Please explain entry for guides.

Guides may only participate alongside skiers with disabilities. Guides’ entry fees are exempted; please contact the race office. Please note the race office cannot arrange guides for you.

1-3 Can I change the distance of the event after registration?

We do not accept changes in distance of the event after registration.

1-4 If I cannot participate on the race day, can someone ski in my place?

Substitute skiers are not permitted. If a substitute skier is discovered, measures may be taken including disqualification from the race and awards, and revocation of the future participation eligibility.

1-5 Can I withdraw or cancel on the race day?

We do not offer refunds for cancellation after registration due to personal circumstances. Participants who registered will receive a participation gift; please contact the race office.

1-6 Is on-site registration available on the race day?

On-site registration is not available on the race day.

2 Race

2-1 How are Bib numbers assigned?

Shirahatayama Open Stadium : 50km/25km/10km

50,25,10km = Assigned by the organizing committee based on past results and estimated finish times.

Daiwa House Premist Dome : 10km/5km/3km

10,5,3km = Numbers are assigned in the order of application.

2-3 Are there distance markers?

Distance markers are places every 1km.

We will set up assign for every 1km.

3 Results

3-1 How do you keep records?

Shirahatayama Open Stadium : 50km/25km/10km

We will use SEIKO CT-500.

Daiwa House Premist Dome : 10km/5km/3km

We will use SEIKO CT-400.

3-2 When do you issue a Record Certificate?

A Digital Record Certificate will be issued for all finishers by downloading it themselves from the official website, available a few days after the race. A paper Record Certificate will not be distributed on the race day.

4 Transportation Access

4-1 Do you have parking lots at the venue?

Shirahatayama Open Stadium : 50km/25km/10km

Parking will be available at the venue, Shirahatayama Open Stadium (approximately 100 cars), and Shinei Zoen Temporary Parking lot (approximately 150 cars).

If participants drive their own car or a rental car, please request parking (first come, first served) when they enter for the race. A Parking Ticket will be sent to them by email along with their Bib Exchange Ticket later.
Please note that vehicles without a Parking Ticket will not allow them to park.

Taxis are permitted.

Parking at the venue, the Daiwa House Premist Dome, will be available. (*First-come, first-served, Fee based)

The way of application will be posted on the website.

4-2 Are there shuttle buses bounding for the venue?

Shirahatayama Open Stadium : 50km/25km/10km

Shuttle buses will run from the nearest subway station to the venue on the day of the trial run and the race day. We will announce the details once we completely arrange the shuttle bus service.

Daiwa House Premist Dome : 10km/5km/3km

There is no shuttle bus service.

5 About the venue

5-1 Where is a restroom?

Shirahatayama Open Stadium : 50km/25km/10km

It’s located in the changing rooms.
On the day of the trial run, please use the existing restrooms in the outdoor parking lot.
On the race day, temporary restrooms will also be set up at the starting point.

Daiwa House Premist Dome : 10km/5km/3km

It’s located inside the venue building.

5-2 Are there changing rooms?

Shirahatayama Open Stadium : 50km/25km/10km

There are changing rooms for men and women, and changing tents will also be available.

5-3 Is there a shower room?

It’s located in the changing rooms.

5-4 Where is a Baggage Check?

We will set up a Fee-based Baggage Check(¥500/bag).
*Valuables are unacceptable.
*It will be very crowded just before the start time, so please drop off your baggage early.

6-2 Do you offer Waxing service?

Registration time: Jan.31st, Saturday 9:00-15:00
Location: Ski Waxing Tents at Shirahatayama Open stadium Wax and Fee: Race Paraffin-8000 JPY, Paraffin-5,000 JPY Tent (Shop): MA Sports Service Tel:+81-11-573-6000 Available for the first 100 pairs of skis at each tent.
Pick-up: Feb.1st, Sunday 7:30-10:00 at the same tent on your registration.
You can choose your preferrable wax between Race Paraffin and Paraffin at each tent.

6-3 Where do you keep lost items or poles that break during the race?

Any lost items or poles broken during the race will be stored at the race headquarters on the race day, but it may take some time for them to arrive at the headquarters. (If you choose to send them by mail, cash on delivery will be accepted.)

6-4 Do you sell photos?

Photos will be taken by photographers approved by the organizer, and will be posted and sold online.
(You can stop or delete your photos from being posted, so please contact us in advance if you wish to do so.)
