Way to participate

Notice

1. When you perform your discipline, please perform it safely in a stress-free environment based on the regulations issued by your local government.
2. Please observe the traffic rules or manners in your community. When you perform your discipline in parks, please follow the rules for park facility users.
3. If you cannot enter the race or pay for the entry fee within the due date because of malfunction of your internet system or device, the organizer doesn’t take responsibility. If you cannot time your performance because of malfunction of your application, the organizer doesn’t take responsibility.
4. Depending on types of terminal units, OSs or browser software, you may not be able to register for the race.
5. Participants cannot change details or cancel the race after their registration. The organizer doesn’t refund the entry fee to participants if the organizer is not responsible for its cause.
6. If you get injured or get involved in incidents and traffic accidents during the virtual race, the organizer doesn’t take responsibility for it. Please take this as your responsibility.
7. In this virtual race, participants are not eligible for the accident insurance purchased by the organizer. Please purchase accident insurance by yourself, if necessary.
8. If a participant is a minor, we suggest that a participant’s family or guardian must have given permission to participate in the virtual race.
9. The organizer should recognize the importance of personal information and observe the personal information protection law (PIPL) and relevant laws. The organizer should take care of personal information based on the policy of PIPL. If the organizer finds any omissions or errors in the form, we may contact a participant.
10. In order to promote the service to participants, we may post some information of sponsors or cooperating groups.
11. This virtual race is held under the conditions of observing all concerned laws.

Pictures and Messages on “Fun on Sapporo Virtual race~Sapporo International Ski Marathon 2022~”

1. When you post pictures and messages on our website, please take responsibility for them. If someone complains or launches a protest against your posted content, you are responsible for it.
2. When you post a picture of a person, we suggest you get permission from the person to post it.
3. It may take some time before your pictures or messages are posted because a system manager should examine your posted content.
4. When you post pictures and messages on our website, please observe as follows.
   (1) Be careful not to offend others by your post content.
   (2) Your post content shouldn’t infringe on others’ property or invade others’ privacy.
   (3) Your post content shouldn’t lead to or instigate crimes.
   (4) Your post content shouldn’t be obscene or contrary to public order and standards of decency.
   (5) Your post content shouldn’t slander others.
   (6) Your post content shouldn’t infringe on intellectual property including copyright.
   (7) Please observe other laws and ordinances.
5. If a system manager judges your post content violates these notes, your post content should be removed.
6. You are kindly requested to give the organizer your permission that your posted pictures might be posted on the race article, race report, newspapers, TV, magazines, Internet, the next race’s posters, race pamphlets and so on. In this case, the publishing right, right of use, and copyright should be attributed by the organizer.
